Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and h5agent ("Platform", "we" or "us"), an online entertainment platform operating under international licensing.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by h5agent — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and any other platform functions — you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use h5agent services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the h5agent platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad), a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for account verification and transaction security purposes.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your account name, whether authorised or not.
• Ensuring your account information is updated whenever changes occur.
• Notifying h5agent immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.

h5agent will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

h5agent offers a range of payment methods that are secure and convenient for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM10.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes subject to complete account verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• h5agent reserves the right to request supporting documents for transactions that exceed certain limits before approving a withdrawal.
• Any suspicion of fraud or money laundering activity may result in a transaction being held pending further investigation.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

h5agent offers various promotions to its members. Acceptance of any bonus is subject to the specific terms stated for each respective promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

VIP Programme: h5agent offers a VIP programme with four (4) tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — providing weekly cashback of between 0.3% and 1.2% depending on membership level. VIP tier advancement is based on a member's gaming activity over time.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Game Rules and Policies

All games available on the h5agent platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, mix parlay, esports and arcade games — are subject to the following rules:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• h5agent reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, technical issue, or suspected manipulation.
• In the event of an internet connection disruption during a game, the system will record the last valid result according to our server records.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated tools to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every round.

For sports betting, h5agent reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed if there is a change in relevant facts or information. The odds displayed are the odds that apply at the time the bet is placed.

7 Member Responsibilities and Prohibitions

As a member of h5agent, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the platform, other members, or the integrity of our services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Owning or using more than one account simultaneously or alternately.
• Sharing account login credentials with any third party.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering.
• Manipulating games through technical means or collusion with other players.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system with the intent to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer service staff or other members.
• Carrying out any action that is in breach of applicable laws.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions gives h5agent the full right to terminate your account, forfeit any existing balance, and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Account Closure and Termination

h5agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A request by law enforcement or a regulatory body.
• Account inactivity exceeding the specified period.

10 Platform Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, h5agent will not be held liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from the use of information available on the platform for purposes outside of gambling.
• Failures by third parties including banking providers, e-wallets, or internet networks.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

h5agent is responsible for providing a properly functioning platform, ensuring game fairness, and processing financial transactions in accordance with the established policies.

11 Amendments and Changes to Terms

h5agent reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements.

Any changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always up to date.
